Good news for LNR....importantly those results are above the type curve which is important given the Western Region Asherton wells where reasonably below type curves...Beall Ranch where also below type curves, however they where short of type curve in the lateral lengths... but thats not good either as shorter lengths dramatically reduce IRR's per well...see page 13 of Aug 1 Quarterly report

All in all these Eastern results look great so far... But im waiting to see some better results in the Western region...those results are still very economicly viable, but they are below what I think they should be getting from that area.... and LNR will need to get them up before submitting another Reserves report... again thats both a good and a bad thing...good because it offers upside...bad because Capital is being spent with below fantastic results.
