Seems to be Recovering and 'Hanging In' there quite well....The way it Continues to Hold or Recover on Weakness is very Encouraging...very easy for stocks to Fall Away on No News and Quiet Days....Seems pretty Happy Here in the .40's.....Perhaps a New Higher Low?
