    So what your inferring is;

    GBR is lying
    Newexco is lying
    Both are stupid enough to post pics of their lie so people in the know can tell it's all a lie.
    ASX will suspend the stock by day end because it's so obvious

    Is that a fair analogy of your claims? If your right, poo will hit the fan!!
