The assays will settle the issue of course, but regarding photos taken onsite, most mobile phones cameras (assuming its a mobile shot) have "enhancement" software to jazz up the photo, not saying this is the case but reds/yellows/neutral colours are significantly affected depending on the light they are shot in. Samsung and Apple use significant adjustments as standard, I just got a Google Pixel XL which doesn't enhance (ie the user chooses a new colour setting. vivid/neutral/overcast ect...) so I can really notice the difference.
So many factors to think about but you would not want to be making an investment decision based on THE COLOURS of a site shot.
