Id have to re go over the terms of our JV for Eastern Lithium, but i would expect that they will put funding in to develop the land and we may potentially give them more shares of EFE for further funding from them to not waste the little money we have and if we are offering shares as payment 500k of shares at .011 potentially is a hell of a lot better than 500k at 2 cents.
I hope to be wrong as i don't want to see any more dilution of our SP. I just find it strange the way the buy and sell lines are being so heavily manipulated the last few weeks.
