From reading this I don’t get the impression Hwang’s goal is to get Stem Engine generating income as fast as possible. I get the impression he really just wants to continue drilling to try and expand the resource and play with his desktop models.
Extensional drilling should now be delayed until it can be funded by income from mining. Unless they hit a better high grade deposit from surface, which does not seem to be what the geology is expecting, then it’s not going to help our initial cause of starting the mining operation with a low capex.
He says “the foci now is to expedite mining and regulatory process towards initial development” but these should have been started as soon as the revised scoping study was released along with fast tracking funding discussions.
The best return on investment for shareholders resulting in the least dilution is to start generating income from what has already been defined from a low capex toll treatment operation, then use the income to expand the resource.
