    I think say no is the right call.
    Price in May 50c plus 10% = 55c not very impressive
    Finance well organized. The Loans expiry dates are long dated and under control.
    With Peninsula Link coming early 2013 increased usage can be expected
    Revenues increase with CPI from July.
