Strange that CEU doesn't take off - with the sort of numbers they keep producing (positive numbers with traffic and revenue consistently going up) and an overall market rather positive, you would expect CEU to go up, slowly but surely.
Instead, it is has been stuck between this 42-44c range for the last 2 months like an oil tanker and I am not sure what is required to see a move... other than t/o leak.
Anyone interested in taking over CEU ??
