As a down ramper Russel is only a beginner,you just have to read his first statement to turn off.

I also would say people are not avoiding East Link.
Just check the monthly traffic / revenue reports,
granted some areas could improve but the future upside(now)
appears very positive.
Agree also it is very disappointing / strange it cannot gain some traction.

Interesting idea re letting "day trippers and sightseers pay through the nose" LOL, think I have heard that cry of let the rich pay my way before.
