Slightly puzzling, pre announcement I thought maybe someone knew something I didn't know. But that doesn't seem to be the case. Perhaps people are disappointed that there is no more acquisition activity, but then the PE isn't all that demanding in terms of growth requirements. So it maybe is just as likely that someone simply needs the money and has to sell. The volume is so low that its hard to gauge what is going on. I am sitting tight because the announcement was fairly positive and there is obviously nothing dire going on. The sell off is weird but if one is patient it should be a blip.
This business could one day be a takeover target too as they have some good technology.
