This is a significant announcement on four counts:

- it re-opens up easily the major market for WMS machines at an optimum time in the calendar for machine purchases, just prior to the start of a new financial year

- the approval should take the company into at least 2016 for NSW machine sales

- the (lack of) sales of machines has been the main inhibiting factor in the overall profitability of EBT

- the company has maintained a sales force that has been handicapped by the lack of this approval for at least 12 months
