Potential target properties are likely suffering under Covid restrictions, particularly caravan parks in Queensland whose sales are down. Meanwhile potential buyers of Ingenia properties are finding they cannot travel and hence a modest retirement cottage is looking more attractive than a cruise. To me this adds up to a favourable supply side situation coupled with an expanded demand for the modest abode Ingenia delivers hence we are approaching very good year.
