It'd be interesting to know the demographics of purchasers. For motorcycles, the median age of purchase may be 35 plus, skewed heavily to males.
I have limited knowledge of off road vehicles but wouldn't they attract a much younger prospective purchaser? This group may be badly hit by incomes falling in real terms and worse, inflation on everyday goods and especially services. Yet employment is at a high level.
