Agreed. Just need a good year of operations to capture the current high coal price then the balance sheet will be transformed. Can't afford any accident or slip-ups or coal price crashing. This is one of those asymmetric opportunities where there is a risk of complete loss but a higher risk of significant gain. Not for everyone and wouldn't have my life's savings on it but happy to throw some chips in at these prices.
