There are a number of people on HC that continually use this same shit mantra about poor corporate governance. I suggest you do one of 2 things if you really think this is a major issue effecting TER SP-

1. Sell out of TER and find another company you think is better;
2. Bring evidence of your allegations to the next AGM and publicly table it for the the Directors to respond too,

Otherwise, you are all just full of shit.

Simple 2 choices. A possible 3rd one is to nominate to join the Board and if you have support, maybe you can save the world.
