Quite extraordinary - 2 years ago they were probably in the front seat as a significant shareholder to participate in the raise at 16c, but did not........they just spent more than 3 times that amount for this investment
The Guild group with their 57m shares plus another ~31m in the raise (although they now have ~95m and 17% share) have made out like bandits for a business that was possible doing ~$1m in EBITDA
Either way, this is a strong endorsement of the business and you now seem to have have serious institutional holders that are involved in this space and hopefully can also open doors for the business to grow even further
