A 50% stake in any company, you’re basically half pregnant. It would be difficult to operate not having full autonomy. Aborting the relationship may have been perceived to be more costly so Telstra have taken their investment to term.
The Guild Group, pharmacy mafia/cartel plus their political lobbyists have the biggest influence on healthcare in Australia so going it alone where they’re effectively working against you or not invested comes with some risk.
