I saw this morning that my entitlement form is accessible in the Computershare portal. It states that you need to Bpay the funds and do not need to return the form.
It is not 100 % clear how you apply for the top-up shares. It says you can apply for up to 100% of the number of your entitlement but there is no specific table on the form for this. Do you BPay more funds and see what you get?
