A great announcement. A CR at a premium from a huge institution, I am surprised. Raising funds in the current market isn't cheap or guaranteed and this should keep them comfortable for another year. Whilst the $$$ is great the real kicker here is the confidence an institution like the EBRD brings to a company/project. I wonder if ol Pingu has anything to say.
