It will not fall to that level, in fact Most likely will keep its head at 60c minimum. You need to looka t the corporate action over this past month with Lederer group taking up a decent stake at 60c in the knowledge that as ECF already mentioned back then that a CR was on the cards. And Lederer group is also underwriting this Entitlement, also will take up their own Entitlement. Lederer is a deep pocket investor. They are not in the game to lose money on an investment. I will take up my Entitlement, its yielding about 12% and this is at the bottom of the office real estate segment. Just wish I had more $$ to increase my holding prior to the ex date of 8 Oct
