Personally I like a significant intelligent insider with lots of skin in the game. I go down, so does he. And this is a good old fashioned, cash flow driven good old traditional Italian businessman that made his fortune from Primosmall goods.
I have so much respect for traditional Jewish/Greek/Italian property acquirers. Much admire their way of thinking.
It helps that I bought in recently on the expectation that there will be a capital raising, so its part of my plan, but happy to have these guys on board.
