Property is like most cyclical assets. You gotta buy when you feel a bit sick doing it. Much harder to buy now V 2022 when yields were rock bottom.
And yes Lederer group stepping in is key. Family office money like this is there to make money and not let management allocate capital poorly.
As I wrote under their substantial holder notice. They also own a lot of COF which I think is an interesting situation.
