Yes stale bulls. The people manipulating this stock have done their job well. If they cannot get them on the way down they will get them on the way up.
It is a tough stock market and the oil price correction has not helped.
Assuming we have cash backing of about 2.40 AUD as at end March it will mean today our oil is worth about 40cents per share (AUD).
So again assuming we now have about 200 Mill BOO it means that the market has this and all other assets valued at 74 Million USD.
Assuming it can be economically extracted and assuming a value of 5 USD per BOO for stuff in ground would be 1 Billion USD.
So the range of value the market has as on at the moment is 74 Million for oil with possible in ground value of 1 Billion USD.
The million dollar questions first is do we have 200M BOO?Still waiting on Kangaroo numbers
What capital will it take to produce it and the cost of producing it.
