I think that they will first reduce their share to 40-50% and this will give them between 200-500 million together . Maybe they will borrow a little which in itself will force some conditions.
The questions will be how much capital numbers bandied around earlier was 1 billion USD.
So my guess they will need funding for around 500 million USD or get equity for a portion.
Really we need feed to get idea of capital and operational costs
