Rigs are hard to come by?
I must have missed that pearl of wisdom! I'll have to add that to the never ending list of waffle.
This would have to be the easiest and cheapest a rig has been for 5 years plus.
Shame Peru can't be put on the burner while rates are so good. Alas we can't have it both ways... ie J/V's banging down the door to invest and cheap rigs.
