I had the same internal conflict.
Had a thought there could be a reason she needs to divest. She is currently at IXUP which uses a lot of jargon which makes what they do difficult for me to understand, but it appears to be data security.
For EW to forgo the upside potential, I wouldn't be surprised to see IXUP and EIQ link up to secure the platform data once operational. If that happens it could be a conflict if she held shares/positions in both necessitating divestment.
Alternatively, the toys are out of the cot.
