Everyone has just had 7 months of opportunity(after the first big move up) to load up well below this raise price, 10s of millions of shares traded in the mid 20s so surely you had plenty of chance to get whatever you needed? I personally hate when companies do SPPs, it just drags the whole raise process out for a month instead of being done and dusted quickly. New stock is issued next week and it's all over and we can get on with it, much better than being stuck here into June
