I never get this point of view post capital raises in some circumstances.
We've only had the past 5 years to buy under 30 cents and to hold to a level one would be comfortable. With previous opportunities being less than a month ago accompanied by a litany of positive announcements.
I don't know whether existing holders would have matched the amount required nor do I know how quick that would be turned around, or costs and time associated with the brokering. At a time when the focus should be in commercialization.
Not to mention the current 2 cent premium to buying on market isn't unreasonable to offset any dilution of one wanted to. Against 11% dilution we're talking a few hundred dollars difference for every 100,000 shares owned (if I did my math right).
That's just my opinion, happy to be proven wrong so I can be angry about this too if I need to be.
