15c the new line in the sand, as it seems those who participated in the cap raise wanted more, and Liz Whitelock wanted out (thanks for coming, here's another $1.7m), so the block trade went through at same price as cap raise.
lots of moving parts into all this, so you can see the need for it to spill over 2 days TH.
15c feels very much like where things start for this co, relative to the ultimate potential that is probably well past $1.
