Exactly - IF. Will be interesting to see if they do. I'm guessing they will, but at a price below current sp, perhaps well below.

Independent reports are pretty meaningless other than when trying to defend a takeover. Since the report the sp hasn't exactly reflected the claimed value, has it now. And the only direction this will go between now and delisting is further down. Who wants to hold a loss-making company with its core business static / in decline, and which is soon to be run without the small-shareholder protective safety net of ASX disclosure?
