Directors will have to start working once the production starts. Hence they are delaying as much as possible. Currently they just sit in the office waiting for Exploration contractors, consultants & Lab team to do all the work. Then it will be managing budgets, costs, production targets, draft announcements every month. It is a lot of work. They get paid same monthly salary to sit on their bum now. So why do all the work. Simply drag an announcement every 6 months to show they are working.
