Transition to lifestyle company almost fully complete....I don't think they missed any pages, nor do I think market has much reservation about deal falling over - They intend to keep the proceeds for the InVeStMeNt PoRtFoLiO, this is why it's discounted.
The pre-tax NTA would be around $4.15-$4.25 zone by my rough calcs. However, they haven't really given enough disclosure yet so we cant be sure on tax etc.
