A record of all of the Mining Operations (Including Exploration Projects) licenced to occur in the Northern Territory (NT) as of 1 April 2025 can be found at:

From this record it can be seen that Eclipse Metals Limited has a single licenced Project occurring in the NT, the Ngalia Basin Uranium Project (DML1160-01, Exploration) with the relevant Mining Management Plan (MMP) being published on the Department of Mining and Energy’s website (Exploration | Department of Mining and Energy) ashttps://dme.nt.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0004/1261660/mining-management-exploration-activities-ngalia-basin-uranium-project.pdf.
In relation to any other Projects, if the project is historical (i.e. It has not been licenced or authorised after or during the previous Ministers direction to make public MMPs for active Projects under the now repealedMining Management Act2001) or under application, no information is made publicly available for these Projects excepting for applications made under the amendedEnvironmental Protection Act2019 (EP Act which commenced on 1 July 2024) which have a period of public exhibition atMining applications under assessment | Have Your Say Northern Territory.
