Yes breaking the parcels down is a wise move to get the best price so it's looking more like stock accumulation again and it seems the Pope does not wants cheap placement for now as he could have raise at 6c on that run to 6.8c. That mean he has confidence price will be higher when he ready for CR, so bullish signal still.
