Z I just did a quick calculation.
Scenario 1 Convert options
if you had 1 million options it would cost you $50 k to convert to shares at 0.05
The one million would entitle you to 37,037 shares in Oz a gift of $ 7,407 take this from the $ 50 k and you effectively only paid 0.042 for the EPM shares.
Scenario 2 Buy Epm
at current price it any price but at current price 0.052 less Oz shares you would effectively be buying EPM for 0.045
