Interesting announcement, I guess that EPM has yielded to the concerned holders and posters here regarding the fact EPM held Uranium tenements in Australia and how that will play into their efforts in Greenland. Good to see they have addressed it and have a play to sell it off and give EPM holders some of the action in this new company.
I find it interesting that EPM kept the Rock hill tenement, this one mainly contained Copper and silver along with 2 other elements which escape my mind atm. I figure that it could be EPM wanting to become more of a REE company.
Will be interesting to see how this plays out. Hopefully this will allow the companys to commercialise their respective projects sooner
