Now that EPM can concentrate more easily on the Ivittuut pit, I would like to see a much more detailed plan of the timescale in emptying it, how they propose to deal with the pumping out the 2 million cubic metres of water it contains, detailed proposals for containing any contamination from the pumped out water, what steps they are taking to assess the stability of the retaining wall to the fjord side of the pit, and what up to date assays of the tailings used around the pit are available.
I am sure that if EPM can reassure shareholders, existing and prospective, about the above it will benefit the SP to everyone's advantage. I know we have quite a lot of this information already, but I think we need a lot more detail from the company, than we have currently got. I appreciate that we have the Greenland Winter now with us, which will slow things down until Spring.
