Take all all the pain now, blame the shutdown, and move on. Unfortunately given the nature of the business these guys have got fires to put out everywhere.
I agree with shark. If I was in opposition I would be going after any decent sized fleets hard in order to keep the pressure on. If ECX does have any decent staff who hold strong customer relationships I would go after them too. Offer a future as opposed to the uncertainty of tenure that ECX presents.
