    There was a 2 million share sale in February, which was part of a diversification requirement of the fund that held the shares.

    And then in August, 51,204 shares were sold.

    He still holds 22.32% of the company, or 72.2 million shares.

    I can't see any other transactions. If you have a better data source, let us know
