I am Free Carried Rolly, I will be using my remaining holding to vote against the directors at this year's AGM, hopefully we see enough shareholder support change with the largest shareholders supporting this action. We achieved a first strike at last year's AGM hopefully we can go one step further and cause a spill.

The current board IMO has blown way too much money and hasn't achieved anything in the past 2 years.

Kwinana and recycling should be the primary focus, Epanko is too expensive and there is plenty of graphite feed to start Kwinana off without the requirement of investing over US$100mil building Epanko and it will save us the significant risk of commissioning and building a new graphite mine, Just look at your pet stock at how disastrous building a graphite mine has been.

There are very few companies who are looking at recycling black mass and production scrap, the purification process is very similar to what we use to manufacture new PSG, I cannot believe we have $40-50mil sitting in the bank yet we have delayed building the demonstration plant for what appears to be around a year to secure a government grant.

Over this duration, EGR could have had Kwinana stage 1 nearly completed.
