I honestly don't think Conidi is the only one that needs to step down from the board, there are several directors who need to go.
I said weeks ago the Innogy IP was a bad idea due to ASX:ADD (Owners of EGR's previous nickel projects) having an MC under $10mil, there is very little interest in nickel exploration projects. I would hate to think how much of the shareholder's funds have been blown on securing a CEO and covering all the experts to organise the IPO. It was also laughable that several EGR directors were intending to be directors of the new IPO to double up on directors' fees.
I really hope at this year's AGM we finally have the larger shareholders supporting the retail shareholders with driving change with our board. We have seen way too many excuses over the past few years and a complete lack of transparency and development.
