Hi Spid, though that's the publication date you are quoting , not the submitted date. Interesting it was submitted just before the 12 month expiry date of the original Australian patent and retains the priority date from that.
Also an impressive list of designated states mentioned in the application. Think AU was one of them, though not sure if that means anything.
But all a bit boring without any progress on sites, funding etc.
