Thanks, Spid. That was my thought too.... there's no way we'd want to have to go thru the same rigmorale for a second time. However, what does that mean for our PQF and possible purification plant here?
Which of the purification methods is to be deployed here then? Surely, it'd have to be Michael Chan's improved method for at least the PQF? If thats the case then why on earth did EGR even bother proceeding with the long drawn out process of defending the original patent that has more or less been superseded by Chan's version?
