EGR submits ambiguous documentation
- 166. The specification does not provide a clear enough and complete enough
- Claims 1 to 25 are not clear
- Claim 17 lacks clarity
After announcing lodgement on 9 June 2020 here we are just 4 years later despite written opinion of the international patent authority that all 25 of the patent claims are novel and inventive.
Given 2 months to to file amendments. However, if the company is realy of the belief its methods are novel that should be responded to withing a couple of weeks
