It's probably a case of Andrew getting everything lined up as best as possible before pulling the trigger.
There's a much better chance of sustaining any share price appreciation if the pie comes as complete as possible rather than too piecemeal.
The wait is exciting but good things come to those who wait.
As for the US listing, I suspect the money maker knows exactly what they are doing & are happy to hold...On news the money maker will get their price and they clearly know this.
