Nobody is buying into fluffy anns anymore from greedy management which has a "new improved plan" to rip off shareholder for some additional years waiting "on the cusp".
People are tired to read further announcements of MOUs, LOIs, non binding, studies, plans negotiations and recycled presentations. People wait for hard facts and positive cash flow.
This ann was an attempt of Andrew as Christmas present, but it was a negative one!
