Any shareholder is not going to be happy with how the share price is performing unless they are in full-on acquisition mode and like a lower share price so their dollars can acquire more shares and a larger percentage of the company.

There's things management can control, things they can strongly influence and that they have limited or no influence over. I'm not saying they haven't stuffed up at times. They have, but management basically have no influence over graphite prices or the wider market sentiment for graphite stocks.

The brutality of that change in sentiment is shown quite well by SYR's share price over the last year. $2 was noted above but that was being conservative taking a couple of month low point that happened to fall at the end of Dec2022. I'm not actively following SYR but they have a massive resource, are in production and are working on down stream spherical graphite processing. They are the sort of comparator company you want EGR management performing sufficiently well that EGR's share price out performs SYR's. Unfortunately that benchmark of performing better than SYR is currently a very low bar that even if met, can still result in a terrible share price graph!!
