"license holders were undermining the sector's growth for not being active" ... that's the strength of EGR management not being active. So if they lose their license that would be an excellent excuse for Andrew to change strategy towards processing plant. Revitalize Kwinana and do some additional studies to improve quality for possible customers from 99,998 to 99,999%.
Then EGR will be "on the gusp" being a refiner instead a miner. Due to the new "black Tanzanian swan" Andrew got some additional years to suck up the remaining money from the CR for huge pay checks.
Since 2017 Andrew promised to be a graphite miner in Tanzania but up to now, no RAP, no finance, no camp, no mine.
Only some pictures of a drill rig in the wilderness of Tanzania which should demonstrate activity, The guys which were capable to build a mine anyhow had left EGR because they recognized better opportunities at other companies. Who of the EGR management team ever built a mine from scratch and brought it to production?

What was a groundbreaking milestone Andrew had achieved since 2017????
Now compare this achievement against the money EGR burned not to reach anything and
also compare it to the salary Andrew got over the years from 2017 up to now.
