GOT mining legislation was and still is a cock up of the highest order, which has been detrimental to ALL Tanzanian mining hopefuls.
Some punters are only starting to realise this, despite them carrying on like pork chops saying that "funding is imminent".
I don't know whether changing current management would achieve a different outcome.
Once the GOT get their collective A into G, then KfW will be satisfied and the untied loan guarantee can be formerly applied for.
