Good Morning 564xxl,
the German Government supported our Pilot plant, I don't believe KNL has ever implied that the German Government would help fund any expansion in production i.e Stage 2 - 5,000tpa or Stage 3 20,000tpa.
Would you be able to provide a link to your source? or are you getting confused between Epanko and EcoGraf funding?
